Morro Bay

This weekend Aaron and I went to visit his friend Andrew in Morro Bay.  The trip was so relaxing and peaceful.  We just relaxed by riding our bikes, looking at sunsets, and going on an adventure to find the painted cave.

After Aaron and I got up on Saturday morning we rode our bikes to the local coffee shop and cruised around town.

Here she is, my favorite birthday present.  I practiced a lot, Morro Bay was perfect because there are lots of hills.

As you can see I purchased some wrist guards to wear especially while I am learning.  Those wrists are my money makers and I have to pay the bills.

Andrew took us to a spot where we were able to watch the sunset go down.  It was beautiful.

So we went on a search for the painted cave, and we found it.  We had to climb slippery rocks and swim in freezing cold water, but we eventually found our destination.  We are inside the painted cave in this picture, as you can tell we are a little wet.

This picture is not the same as being there, but as you can see there are different colors on the rock. Purple, yellow, orange, and green.

The Big 26

Well everyone I turned 26 on Thursday.  I have to admit I don't feel much older, not yet at least.  It has been more like a birthday week for me.  On my birthday I went to my parents for a birthday dinner.  Today Aaron's parents had a birthday BBQ for me. All my family and friends came to celebrate.  Aaron got the present that I was really hoping for.  He got me a long board.  I will have to practice, but I can't wait to be able to cruise on it.  When I get good I will have to take some pictures.  I am going to have to buy some wrist guards and pads while I am learning just in case.  Everyone say prayers it goes smoothly.  Then this Tuesday my dads office will take me out for lunch.  I love birthdays they are great.

Happy St P Day

We decided to get festive at work this year.  We made sure we were all wearing green, and I purchased these nice hats at the dollar store for everyone to wear.  We had a lot of fun.  We even had a potluck with lots of great Irish food and green food. Man was I stuffed.

A Way to End the Year

CHRISTMAS

This year was great. I spent Christmas Eve with Aaron's family and Christmas Day at my parents. It is so nice to get everyone together and have some fun. New Years Eve my family and I went to Aaron's parents and had a barbecue, and went to bed early. The next day my dad and I went to the Rose Bowl. That is what I got my dad for Christmas, go Trojans!
